  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged due to improper handling will not be accepted.

  3. Pack the item securely and include the original packing slip.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately at sales@rhude-shorts.com with photos of the item and your order details. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing sales@rhude-shorts.com. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process.

We accept international returns; however, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and any applicable taxes. Refunds will be processed in the original currency paid, but please be aware that exchange rate fluctuations may affect the final refund amount.
